With over 20 years of experience across nearly every stage of the beauty industry, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to create momentum without clear direction or support.

I’ve studied marketing and retail strategy, led a beauty startup as CEO to 6 figures in sales within its first year, and built organic partnerships with influencers reaching millions of followers. More importantly, I’ve worked closely with dozens of beauty brand founders to help them find focus, create clarity in their messaging, and grow sales through organic email and social marketing — without relying on paid ads before they’re ready.
